GSM Activate is a manufacturer of electronics and access control devices, which specialises in GSM (simcards) based technology based in West Sussex, England. GSM is the global system for mobile communication.
When used with our products it enables you to use your mobile phone as the key component in security, access control and automation applications. We always advocate the use of GSM over wifi, Bluetooth etc as with GSM there is almost always a signal available, and there is no limit to range.
We have recently upgraded most of our catalogue to 3G capable devices and are now looking to add 4G throughout 2020.

Found something you like in our existing product range but it does not fit all your requirements? We can offer simply software solutions to meet your requirements as opposed to redesigning a whole new board. Subsequently, this can often be done for free or for a very small extra charge.
Alternatively, for a more bespoke design we have a dedicated team that can design and manufacture original products. Therefore, with their knowledge and experience we are able to design and manufacture a product based on your specifications. Please note however, new designs will require either a £2,000 developement fee or an intial order of 50 units. This will cover the full board design plus building of the prototype.
