Returns Policy

Exchange or Refund

Your GSM purchase comes with free a two year warranty. If for any reason your GSM product fails to work or you are unhappy with the item we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund. Please note this will only happen within the two year warranty time period.

For any exchange or refund please supply the following.

• The original receipt or record of purchase.
• The product in its original condition, including the box, its packaging and all accessories.

Before shipping your item please contact us so that we are aware of your item being returned.

Cancelling Orders

To Cancel an order please call us as soon as possible on 0800 772 0783.

This will ensure we do not ship the unit out which would incur costs for both parties. If your purchase has already been shipped out we will issue a refund on receipt of the item being returned. All refunds will be made via the payment method used and the order removed from the system.
