The GSM Keypad is a high quality gate keypad. It has been designed with ease of use in mind by keeping installation and the use of the product as simple as possible. The GSM Keypad offers 2 methods of entry –

• entry via 4 digit keypad code
• entry via “dial to open” when you call the simcard number of the keypad

The unit is programmed remotely by text message, this is useful for applications like air bnb or storage facilities where you may need to change the access code on a regular basis, but are not on site to manage it. The Unit has the memory to store 50 keypad codes and 50 dial to open users. The keypad and the call function will trigger the relay on board which will then open your gate, there is additional functionality to hold the gate open if that is required. .

How the GSM Keypad works

To start with connect the GSM Keypad to your existing electronic gates. You will then need to insert a simcard and programme the unit with authorised dial to open users and keypad codes, once this is done it is ready to use.

From here on when you or someone you have given the code to enters the code into the keypad it will send the command to the electric gates to open. If you need the gates to stay open for longer you can latch relay to hold open. As a result this will keep the gates open until you re-enter your individual code.
